At AJMERC Soap Making and Forming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at AJMERC.UAE@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Certain items, such as accessories and non-consumable items are not eligible for a refund.
