We currently ship to United Arab Emirates. We do not ship international.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped by email.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and can vary. Generally, standard shipping takes [5-7 business days] for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over 200AED. For orders under 200AED, a flat rate of 20AED.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or you have not received it within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ajmerch.uae@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
